The Lists section is a powerful feature designed to help you organize, clean, and manage your lead data after enrichment. Whether you are preparing to launch an email campaign or simply organizing your contacts, the Lists section provides all the tools you need to ensure your data is accurate, complete, and ready for use.

Key Features of the Lists Section

Building and Managing Lists

  • Create and View Lists:

    • After enriching your leads, you can build lists that contain detailed information such as name, job title, LinkedIn profile, and more.

    • Access and manage these lists directly from the Lists section.

  • Download and Export:

    • Download your lists in various formats, such as CSV or Excel, for offline use or further processing.

    • Export lists to your CRM or other tools to keep your data synchronized and up-to-date.

Data Cleanup

  • Automatic Data Cleanup:

    • Ensure your lists are free from messy data, null values, and incomplete information.

    • Use the Cleanup option to automatically clean your data, ensuring that required columns such as name, company, and email address are complete.

Do Not Contact List

  • Manage Exclusions:

    • Add domains and email addresses to your Do Not Contact list to prevent unwanted emails from being sent.

    • Upload a CSV file with domains or email addresses to exclude, or add them manually.

  • Automatic Detection:

    • During automation, the system will automatically detect if any leads or prospects belong to excluded domains or email addresses, ensuring they are not included in your email campaigns.

Unsubscribe and Bounce Management

  • Track Unsubscribes:

    • Automatically track and manage email addresses that have unsubscribed from your campaigns.
