The enrichment feature on our platform is designed to transform basic lead data into detailed, actionable insights. With four different types of enrichment options, you can ensure that your lead data is complete, accurate, and enriched with valuable information. This feature helps you understand your leads better and tailor your outreach efforts more effectively.

Key Enrichment Options

1. Enrich

  • Purpose:

    • Enrich your CSV or Excel file containing basic lead information.

  • Process:

    • Upload a CSV file with a maximum of 500 leads, formatted with columns for first name, last name, and company.

    • Map your columns correctly if they are named differently in your file (e.g., a single "Name" column).

  • Output:

    • Enriched data will include job titles, location, email addresses, phone numbers, company details (like industry, latest news, revenue), and more.

    • View the progress in the "Leads Enrich" tab and see the enriched list once the process is complete.

  • Additional Tools:

    • Downloadable template for proper formatting.

2. Find Emails for Leads

  • Purpose:

    • Find and verify email addresses for your leads.

  • Process:

    • Upload a CSV file with columns for first name, last name, and website domain.

    • Map your columns correctly if necessary.

  • Output:

    • Verified email addresses for the leads provided.

    • Review the found email addresses to ensure accuracy.

  • Benefits:

    • Focus on acquiring and verifying email addresses quickly and efficiently.

3. Verify Emails

  • Purpose:

    • Verify the validity of existing email addresses.

  • Process:

    • Upload a CSV file containing just the email addresses you want to verify.

    • No specific limit on the number of email addresses you can upload.

  • Output:

    • Status of each email address (valid or invalid).

    • Helps you clean your email list by removing invalid addresses.

  • Benefits:

    • Ensure your email campaigns target active and reachable email addresses, reducing bounce rates.

4. Find Leads within Companies

  • Purpose:

    • Identify leads within specific target companies.

  • Process:

    • Upload a CSV file containing the names of target companies.

    • Specify job titles, departments, seniority levels, and locations to narrow down your search.

  • Output:

    • Detailed information about leads within the specified companies, including their roles and contact information.

    • View the enriched data in the "Leads Enrich" tab and review it once the process is complete.

  • Benefits:

    • Efficiently build targeted lists of leads from your desired companies and sectors.

How to Use the Enrichment Feature

  1. Choose the Enrichment Option:

    • Select the enrichment type based on your needs: Enrich, Find Emails for Leads, Verify Emails, or Find Leads within Companies.

  2. Prepare and Upload Your File:

    • Ensure your CSV or Excel file is correctly formatted and meets the specified requirements.

    • Use the mapping tool to align your columns with the required format.

  3. Start the Enrichment Process:

    • Click on the relevant enrichment option and upload your file.

    • Monitor the progress in the "Leads Enrich" tab, where you will see your list being processed.

  4. Review and Use Enriched Data:

    • Once the enrichment process is complete, review the enriched data.

    • Save the enriched leads into a list for further use, such as launching automation.
