Hey Jeeva user! 👋
We know how crucial it is to manage your email sending limits for successful outreach campaigns. Let us walk you through how you can optimize your email sending strategy using Jeeva's powerful features.
Setting Your Daily Email Quota
The Basics
With Jeeva, you can control how many emails you send each day during your automation setup. Here’s how you can configure this:
Start Your Automation Setup: Begin by creating a new automation campaign. Follow the first three steps to set up your ICP, review your product information, and define your personalization level.
Proceed to Step 4: Schedule Settings: In this step, you’ll configure when and how your emails are sent.
Adjust Daily Leads: Use the Number of Daily Leads progress slider to select the number of emails you wish to send each day. You can pick a number between 5 and 100, depending on your needs and strategy.
Manage Sending Accounts: In the Send From section, you can manage the email accounts from which your outreach will be sent. Add or remove accounts to tailor your sending strategy, ensuring you’re using the best setup for your campaign goals.
Finalize Your Settings: Once you've configured your daily leads and sending accounts, review your settings and confirm your schedule.
💫 Tip: If you're new to email outreach, start with a lower number and gradually increase as you learn what works best for your audience.
Using Multiple Inboxes for Higher Volume
Scale Up with Inbox Rotation
Want to send more emails without hitting the cap? With Jeeva, you can connect multiple email accounts to broaden your outreach. Our Inbox Rotation feature allows you to seamlessly send emails from different accounts, spreading the volume across them.
Go to "Unibox", select "Unibox Settings" on the left sidebar and click on "Connect New Inbox" to add additional email account.
Good News: This feature is ideal for agencies and teams looking to reach larger audiences efficiently.
Best Practices for Effective Email Sending
Keep Your Domain Safe
Sending too many emails at once can harm your domain's reputation. Here’s how to maintain it:
Monitor Your Metrics: Keep an eye on bounce rates and open rates. High bounce rates can negatively impact your domain.
Warm Up Your Domain: If you're using a new domain, gradually increase your email sending to establish trust.
Strategic Tips
Quality Over Quantity: Focus on crafting personalized and engaging emails. A smaller number of well-targeted emails often performs better than a large, generic blast.
Regularly Update Content: Refresh your email templates to keep them relevant and engaging.
