Updated over 7 months ago

The Hot Leads section uses a straightforward scoring system to help you identify the most engaged prospects. Here’s how each type of engagement contributes to a lead's score:

  • Opening an Email = 2 Points: When a lead opens an email, it indicates initial interest, contributing 2 points to their score.

  • Replying to an Email = 3 Points: A reply is a direct form of engagement, showing interest in a conversation, and adds 3 points.

  • Visiting Your Website (Inbound Lead) = 4 Points: If a lead visits your website, it signals strong interest and intent, adding 4 points to their score.

Each interaction adds to the lead's total score. Based on these scores, leads are categorized into:

  • Hot: High scores mean these leads are very engaged and ready for more in-depth interaction.

  • Warm: These leads show moderate engagement and may need a little more nurturing.

  • Cool: Low scores indicate minimal interaction, suggesting the need for additional outreach.

This scoring system helps you prioritize your efforts, allowing you to focus on leads that are more likely to convert into customers. By understanding these metrics, you can tailor your strategies and maximize your sales success.
