If you set up your LinkedIn account using your Google login by selecting the “Continue with Google” button, and now you want to link this LinkedIn account to Jeeva, you’ll need to create a LinkedIn password first. Here's a straightforward guide to help you through the process.

  1. Log In with Google

Start by logging into your LinkedIn account through Google. Click on the “Continue with Google” button on LinkedIn's sign-in page.

  2. Access Settings

Once logged in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, choose "Settings & Privacy."

  3. Go to Sign-In & Security

In the Settings & Privacy menu, find and select the "Sign in & security" option.

  4. Add Email Address

Click on "Email addresses," then press the “Add email address” button.

â€‹đŸ’« Tip: If you already have an existing email address associated with your LinkedIn account that you want to use, simply add it here and proceed. It doesn't have to be a new email address.

  5. Verify Email

You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code at your new LinkedIn email address. Enter this code and click “Submit.”

  6. Create a Password

Next, click on the “Create password” button. A new page will open where you’ll need to enter your LinkedIn email address to receive a password reset link. After entering your email, click “Next.”

  7. Complete Security Check

LinkedIn may ask you to complete a quick security check to confirm your identity. Click “Verify” and follow the prompts.

  8. Enter Verification Code

After completing the security check, you’ll get another 6-digit code sent to your LinkedIn email address. Enter this code and click “Submit.”

  9. Set Your New Password

Finally, enter your new LinkedIn password and click “Submit” to complete the process.

You’ve now successfully created a LinkedIn password and are ready to connect your LinkedIn account to Jeeva!
