In todayâs fast-paced sales environment, integrating your Google Workspace with Jeeva helps streamline your email management, making it easier to manage inbound and outbound communications. Hereâs a step-by-step guide on how to securely connect your Google account to Jeeva using OAuth.
Step 1: Access Unibox in Jeeva
Log in to your Jeeva account.
From the dashboard, click on the "Unibox" tab located in your side navigation.
Step 2: Add a New Inbox
Once inside the Unibox tab, locate the "Add New Inbox" option on the left and click on it.
Select Continue with Google on top.
Step 3: Go to Your Google Workspace Admin Panel
Open a new browser tab and log in to your Google Workspace Admin Panel.
In the Admin Panel, click on "Configure new app".
Step 4: Add OAuth App Name or Client ID
Youâll be prompted to enter an App Name or Client ID.
Copy your Client ID from the Jeeva login page.
In the search field, paste Client ID and click Search.
From the search results, select Jeeva.
Choose All in 'Organization Name' (all users) and click Continue.
Set Jeeva as a Trusted App to grant the necessary permissions for integration with your Google Workspace, then click Approve.
Step 5: Connect to Google
After approving Jeeva, return to Jeeva and click the âLoginâ button to begin the connection.
Youâll be directed to a Google authentication page. Select the Google account you wish to connect to Jeeva.
Finally, click âAllowâ to grant Jeeva the necessary permissions to access your email and other related data.
Step 6: Confirmation
Once youâve completed these steps, Jeeva will be successfully connected to your Google account. You can now manage your Google Workspace inboxes and emails directly within Jeeva!
