We’re excited to introduce Allie, Jeeva’s AI Chat SDR, designed to automate customer interactions on your website. Allie can answer questions, help schedule meetings, and enhance engagement with potential leads. Here's how you can set Allie up for your business.
1. Getting Started: Company Details
Navigate to the "AI Chat SDR" tab in your Jeeva dashboard. Only one person from your team needs to do this, as team integration is not required yet. Enter your company name, website (starting with "https://"), and a brief company description. Allie will use this information to answer visitor questions based on your website’s content.
2. Branding: Customize Allie’s Appearance
Personalize Allie’s name, avatar, title, and greeting message. For example, you can use your company logo as Allie’s avatar and craft a warm, welcoming greeting message for users. This helps give Allie a branded, human-like presence on your site.
3. Additional Files for AI Training
You can upload up to five files (maximum size of 5 MB each) to train Allie to answer specific questions. These can include product brochures, PDFs, or FAQs to give Allie more detailed information to assist your visitors.
4. Installation on Your Website
Installing Allie is simple and flexible:
Copy the code snippet provided in the AI Chat settings.
Paste the snippet into the header of your website. You can install it on one or multiple pages, depending on where you want Allie to appear.
For example, you might only want Allie on your homepage to engage first-time visitors. Alternatively, you can place Allie on several key landing pages to answer questions in context.
Avoid installing Allie on pages like terms and conditions unless necessary. However, even if Allie isn’t present on every page, you can still train the AI to reference information from your entire site.
