📝 How to Use "Research Accounts from Domain"

🔹 For Single Accounts:

Step 1: Click on Research Accounts from Domain under the Research tab.

Step 2: Enter the Company Website.

Step 3: Click Enrich Now.

Step 4: Jeeva will display the following information:

  • Build Account Lingo Map

  • Scrape Account Website

  • Research Account Customer List

  • Research Account Headcount

  • Research Account ICP

  • Return Final Report

🔹 For Bulk Accounts:

Step 1: Upload a CSV list containing the company websites.

Step 2: Map the correct field if prompted.

Step 3: Start enrichment to receive detailed reports for each account.

Tip: For best results, ensure all websites are valid and formatted correctly in the CSV.


📝 How to Use "Research Public Companies"

🔹 For a Single Company:

Step 1: Click on Research Public Companies under the Research tab.

Step 2: Enter the Company Domain, Name, or Ticker Symbol.

Step 3: (Optional) Add the Company’s Value Proposition to tailor the research focus.

Step 4: Click Enrich Now.

Step 5: Review the Results, which will include:

  • Access Earnings Call

  • Assess Earning Report

  • Explore SEC Report

  • Assess Annual Filing

  • Identify Key Insights

📝 How to Use "Research Private Companies"

🔹 For a Single Company:

Step 1: Click on Research Private Companies under the Research tab.

Step 2: Enter the Company Domain or Company Name (no ticker symbol required).

Step 3: (Optional) Add the Company’s Value Proposition to customise the research.

Step 4: Click Enrich Now.

Step 5: Review the Results, which will include:

Access Earnings Call, Assess Earning Report, Explore SEC Report, Assess, Annual Filing, Identify Key Insights, CEO Insights, Identify CEO, Website Insights, Key Messaging, Summary Report, Outreach Angles, Active Jobs

🔹 For Bulk Companies:

Step 1: Upload a CSV list containing company domains or names.

Step 2: Map the correct fields if prompted.

Step 3: Start enrichment.

Step 4: Review the Results for each company, which will include all of the insights listed above.

Tip: Using valid company websites improves research accuracy and helps Jeeva surface more detailed insights.

📝 How to Use "Prioritize Leads and Lead Scoring"

🔹 For a Single Lead:

Step 1: Click on Prioritize Leads and Lead Scoring under the Research tab.

Step 2: In the prompt box, enter details in a format like:

“Please use standard lead & company details (e.g., John Doe, Sales Manager, ABC Corp, $50M Revenue).”

Step 3: Jeeva will process the lead and return a result that includes:

  • Category/Tier (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3)

  • Reasoning for the assigned tier

Example:

“Bala Ramachandran is a GTM consultant at Jeeva.ai, which suggests a non-management role. While Jeeva.ai is experiencing significant growth, the position itself does not indicate executive or mid-level management responsibilities. Therefore, based on the provided criteria, Bala Ramachandran would likely fall into Tier 3.”

🔹 For Bulk Leads:

Step 1: Upload a CSV list containing:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Company Name

Step 2: Map the correct fields.

Step 3: Start enrichment to receive tiers and reasoning for all leads in the list.

Tip: For best results, include as much company and role information as possible so Jeeva can provide accurate scoring and rationale.
