How do I disconnect my inbox from Jeeva?

Go to Navigation Bar → Unibox → Unibox Settings, tick the checkbox beside the email you want to disconnect, and click the Disconnect button at the top left.

Before you do this:

• Make sure no active campaigns are sending from that inbox

• Remove the inbox from any automation settings (e.g., Unibox or Outreach sequences)
